Terri's Play School

About Us
After many years of working in daycares and pre-schools, I decided that I wanted to create my own center that I knew I would feel comfortable leaving my own child.  Fifteen years ago - I was able to achieve that goal and since then have been the primary caregiver and sole decision maker regarding the care the children in my center receive and the cirriculum that we follow.

The daycare you chose should be an extension of your home for you and for your child.  You need to feel comfortable that your child is being cared for in the same manner that you would in your own home, and your child needs to feel safe and loved while their parents are at work.  Neither you or your child should ever be overwhelmed by large numbers of children and low numbers of caregivers.  Both of you should be familiar with all of the other children, their families and most importantly the caregiver to whom you trust to care for your child in the same manner you do in your own home.

This is the atmosphere I have tried to create at Terri's Play School - a place where children can form bonds/friendships with a small group of children who truly become their friends.
If this sounds like the type of environment you feel you and your child would benefit from, please contact me.

References of current and former families are available and encouraged for any family interested in attending.
